Returns
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at olivable@duoleads.com with your order number and reason for return. If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened or used olive oil products cannot be returned.
