All of our olive oil is sourced from Morocco. Depending on the harvest year, you may see different regions within Morocco listed on your label.
We believe that sourcing olive oil from a single, clearly defined origin is essential to quality. The specific region matters less than the climate, craftsmanship, and harvest practices behind it. Exceptional olive oil can be found across Morocco and our goal is to share the very best of it with you.
Orders are processed within 3–5 days, followed by 3–6 business days for delivery, depending on your location. We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as we can.
Yes! Every bottle contains single-origin, single-varietal olive oil. Our olive oil is produced from a single olive variety and sourced exclusively from Morocco. The olives are harvested, pressed, and bottled with full traceability to their origin.
In some harvest years, you may notice a different Moroccan varietal or regional origin listed on the label. This reflects natural variations in the harvest and allows us to maintain quality and availability without compromise. Each varietal is carefully selected for its flavor profile and performance, ensuring it aligns with the freshness, balance, and character we look for in exceptional olive oil.
Absolutely. All of our squeeze bottles can be recycled. Please remove any caps or spouts and rinse the containers before recycling.
We carefully select farms that follow organic farming practices. While we are actively working toward organic certification, the certification process is complex and time-intensive. We hope to offer certified organic olive oil in the near future.
Our olive oil is Non-GMO certified and packaged in facilities that meet allergen-free and gluten-free standards.
A bright green color can be beautiful, but it’s not a measure of quality. Those green notes come from chlorophyll retained during pressing and naturally soften with time. Our focus is always on freshness and flavor, so whatever the color, you’re getting excellent olive oil. Now, time to get cooking.
