INGREDIENTS
4 ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped
1 cucumber, chunked
1 red onion, thinly sliced
200g feta cheese, cubed
Kalamata olives
4 tablespoons Glaze extra virgin olive oil
Dried oregano
INSTRUCTIONS
Prep time: 10 minutes | Serves: 4
Arrange tomatoes, cucumber, and onion on a large plate.
Scatter the feta and olives over the vegetables.
Drizzle generously with Glaze olive oil.
Sprinkle with dried oregano and sea salt.
Serve immediately with crusty bread.
