
Avocado Toast with Poached Eggs

INGREDIENTS
2 slices sourdough bread
1 ripe avocado
2 eggs
2 tablespoons Glaze extra virgin olive oil
Chilli flakes and sea salt
Fresh lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Prep time: 15 minutes | Serves: 2
Toast the sourdough until golden and crisp.
Mash the avocado with lemon juice and sea salt.
Poach the eggs in simmering water for 3 minutes.
Spread avocado on toast and top with poached eggs.
Drizzle generously with Glaze olive oil, add chilli flakes and serve.
