Glaze is made from early harvest Picholine Marocaine olives, hand picked before they are fully ripe. At this stage, the olives are greener and more intense, producing an oil with bold flavor and character. This makes Glaze ideal for finishing dishes, where flavor is meant to stand out.
Blaze comes from a late season harvest, using fully mature Picholine Marocaine olives. These riper olives yield more oil with a smoother, milder taste and greater heat stability, making Blaze better suited for everyday cooking, roasting, and frying.
We use single-origin olives grown in Morocco, where olive trees have thrived for centuries in a warm, dry climate that’s made for olive farming.
While these olives can be planted in other Mediterranean regions, they perform best in their native Moroccan soil and sun. The result is an olive oil with a naturally balanced flavor, rich antioxidants, and excellent stability.
This combination gives our oil a longer shelf life and consistently low free aciditymaking it reliable, flavorful, and perfect for everyday use in the kitchen.
