Glaze is hand picked, before the olives have fully ripened. These early harvest olives are greener and more intense, delivering a bold, vibrant flavor.

Blaze comes from a late season harvest, using fully mature olives. The result is a smoother, rounder oil that’s ideal for cooking at higher temperatures.

Both oils are cold pressed shortly after harvest and never blended with older oils or other varieties.

Because they’re harvested young, these olives release only a little oil when pressed around 24 pounds are needed for one liter of this super flavorful oil.

BLAZE - It takes 13 lbs of olives to make 1 liter

When pressed, these riper, juicier olives naturally give more oil. It takes about 13 pounds of olives to make one liter of cooking oil.
