We pick our olives at just the right moment, when they’re fully ripe and naturally juicy.

Because they’re harvested young, these olives release only a little oil when pressed around 24 pounds are needed for one liter of this super flavorful oil.

BLAZE - It takes 13 lbs of olives to make 1 liter

When pressed, these riper, juicier olives naturally give more oil. It takes about 13 pounds of olives to make one liter of cooking oil.
