Sautéed Garlic Prawns

INGREDIENTS

  • 400g king prawns, peeled

  • 4 tablespoons Blaze extra virgin olive oil

  • 5 cloves garlic, finely sliced

  • 1 red chilli, sliced

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Fresh parsley, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep time: 10 minutes | Serves: 4

  1. Heat Blaze olive oil in a large pan over high heat.

  2. Add garlic and chilli, fry for 30 seconds.

  3. Add prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.

  4. Squeeze over lemon juice and toss with parsley.

  5. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
