
Pan-Fried Sea Bass with Lemon

INGREDIENTS
2 sea bass fillets
2 tablespoons Blaze extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, sliced
Fresh parsley
Knob of butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Prep time: 15 minutes | Serves: 2
Score the skin of the sea bass and season well.
Heat Blaze olive oil in a frying pan over high heat.
Place fish skin-side down and cook for 3 minutes until crispy.
Flip, add garlic and butter, baste the fish for 2 minutes.
Squeeze lemon over and serve with fresh parsley.
