Pan-Fried Sea Bass with Lemon

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 sea bass fillets

  • 2 tablespoons Blaze extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 lemon

  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced

  • Fresh parsley

  • Knob of butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep time: 15 minutes | Serves: 2

  1. Score the skin of the sea bass and season well.

  2. Heat Blaze olive oil in a frying pan over high heat.

  3. Place fish skin-side down and cook for 3 minutes until crispy.

  4. Flip, add garlic and butter, baste the fish for 2 minutes.

  5. Squeeze lemon over and serve with fresh parsley.
